You are proficient in cloud-native infrastructures, particularly AWS, and have hands-on experience with Kubernetes. Your background includes architecting solutions for generative AI and large language model integrations, where you have successfully implemented prompt engineering and context management strategies. You are also skilled in conducting thorough design and code reviews, promoting best practices, and driving technical excellence within your team.

As a mentor, you enjoy guiding junior engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product management, QA, data engineering, and DevOps teams to deliver cohesive AI-powered product features.

Desirable

Experience with performance testing and post-deployment monitoring frameworks is a plus. Familiarity with alerting frameworks and ensuring quality SLAs are met will enhance your contributions to the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design, prototyping, and implementation of AI systems at Mindtickle. You will define clear problem statements and technical requirements, aligning business goals with AI research objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining production-grade code, ensuring high test coverage, and establishing robust CI/CD pipelines on AWS and Kubernetes.

You will also be responsible for architecting solutions for generative AI and LLM integrations, focusing on prompt engineering and context management. Your role will involve conducting thorough design and code reviews, upholding best practices, and driving technical excellence across the team.

Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with product management, QA, data engineering, and customer-facing teams to deliver cohesive AI-powered product features. You will establish and maintain post-deployment monitoring and performance testing frameworks to ensure that performance and quality SLAs are consistently met.
