What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building the company's central intelligence engine, referred to as the "Enterprise Brain." This involves developing a unified intelligence layer that ingests signals from various sources, such as product telemetry and CRM data, and processes them into actionable insights. You will create robust integrations and webhooks to push AI-generated insights directly into workflow tools, enhancing operational efficiency.

You will architect and implement "Agentic" workflows, granting large language models the ability to perform tasks autonomously. This includes utilizing advanced RAG architectures to ensure AI outputs are grounded in company documentation and historical data. You will work closely with leadership to understand automation requirements and independently design and code solutions that meet these needs.

Your role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the automation systems you build are aligned with business objectives. You will be expected to debug SQL queries and refine prompts for customer support automation, demonstrating your versatility and technical prowess.
