Ema is hiring a Senior AI Applications Engineer to provide post-deployment support for their AI solutions. You'll work with Python and SQL to configure and optimize AI workflows for enterprise customers. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and customer-focused problem-solving.

Who you are

You have a strong technical background in AI applications and a passion for customer success. With experience in configuring and integrating AI workflows, you understand how to translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions. Your expertise in Python and SQL allows you to develop and automate tasks efficiently, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement of customer workflows.

You are adept at troubleshooting and optimizing AI solutions, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Your ability to manage complex deployments with minimal guidance showcases your independence and problem-solving skills. You prioritize customer success criteria, ensuring that the solutions you provide address real business needs.

Desirable

Experience with open-source Agentic Frameworks is a plus, as is familiarity with A/A experiments to measure and improve workflow quality. You thrive in environments where you can leverage your technical skills to enhance customer experiences and drive productivity.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be pivotal in providing world-class post-deployment support for Ema’s Agent Assist/Chatbot product. You will configure and integrate AI/GenAI workflows using platform APIs and customer data, ensuring smooth and secure deployment. Your responsibilities will include translating customer requirements into technical solutions, validating workflow correctness, and continuously refining prompts for optimal performance.

You will design, run, and analyze A/A experiments to measure and improve workflow quality and reliability. Monitoring AI workflows using business metrics and observability will be a key part of your role, allowing you to ensure that the solutions you implement meet the highest standards of performance.
