What you'll do

As a Software Development Engineer II at Mindtickle, you will be part of the Technical Solutions team, where you will engage with clients to gather requirements and propose tailored software solutions. You will work closely with the customer success division to ensure that technical implementations align with client needs and expectations. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications that enhance the revenue productivity platform. This includes writing clean, efficient code and participating in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during the implementation process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will play a key role in communicating project updates and progress to both internal teams and clients.
