Minitab is hiring a Software Deployment Specialist to lead the deployment and configuration of their data analytics solutions. You'll ensure successful customer adoption of Minitab Connect and SPC products. This role requires a tech-savvy problem solver with a focus on customer success.

What you'll do
As a Software Deployment Specialist at Minitab, you will lead the deployment and configuration of Minitab Connect and SPC products for customers across various industries. You will manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure customer goals are met. Your responsibilities will include configuring, testing, and documenting deployments while maintaining detailed records of progress and project plans. You will also deliver engaging training sessions for customers and employees, helping them to effectively use the products. Additionally, you will act as an escalation point for complex support cases, ensuring timely issue resolution and continuous improvement in service delivery.
