You understand the importance of documentation and procedures for request handling and issue resolution, ensuring consistency in your work. You are legally authorized to work in the United States and do not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future.

Desirable

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud services like AWS. You may also have experience in managing development and production infrastructure, ensuring environments are stable, scalable, and secure. Your ability to participate in on-call rotations demonstrates your commitment to system reliability and support.

What you'll do

As a DevOps Engineer at Minitab, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our software delivery processes. You will design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and efficient software delivery. Your responsibilities will include automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration management, which is crucial for maintaining stable and scalable environments. You will also help manage and maintain both development and production infrastructure, ensuring that they are suitable for continuous testing and delivery.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will participate in an on-call rotation to address urgent infrastructure issues, providing timely support to minimize disruption and improve service quality. You will manage requests across systems and environments, including updates to settings, permissions, and components. Your role will also involve maintaining documentation and procedures for request handling and issue resolution, ensuring that all processes are consistent and efficient.
