What you'll do
As a B2C Solution Consultant at Mirakl, you will play a pivotal role in the successful launch of our platforms for clients. From the moment a deal is closed, you will work closely with your Customer Success Consultant counterpart to guide clients through the integration process. You will conduct solutions presentations and design workshops to help clients understand our product and make informed architectural and functional choices. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the future of their marketplace, ensuring they leverage our technology to its fullest potential. You will also provide ongoing support during the project phase, addressing any questions or concerns that arise as clients implement our solutions. Your role will require you to balance technical knowledge with a customer-centric approach, ensuring that clients feel supported and empowered throughout their journey with Mirakl.
