You have 4+ years of quota-carrying experience in Sales or Account Management, demonstrating a strong ability to retain and grow clients through a focus on their success. As a native French speaker, you possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to present effectively to diverse audiences. You have a proven track record of hitting sales targets, showcasing your ability to manage expansion, upsell, and renewal for strategic enterprise accounts. Your passion for technology drives you to deliver business outcomes, and you understand how to leverage the MongoDB ecosystem to foster client relationships. You are adept at executing on activity and pipeline expectations, adhering to published standards of excellence. You thrive in a hybrid working environment, collaborating with teams to achieve shared goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for your customer base, focusing on driving long-term partnerships with MongoDB’s mature customers. You will be responsible for success, education, enablement, upsell/cross-sell, renewal, and everything in between for a book of strategic, enterprise accounts. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing account strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, leveraging your knowledge of the MongoDB ecosystem to provide tailored solutions. You will also track and report on account performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure they are receiving maximum value from MongoDB's offerings. You will participate in training and enablement initiatives to enhance your understanding of MongoDB products and services, ensuring you remain a trusted advisor to your clients.
