Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in a quota-carrying role, ideally in Sales or Account Management, where you've successfully driven customer success and retention. Your background includes at least 3 years in a similar position, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to present effectively to diverse audiences, both internally and externally. Your passion for technology and its ability to deliver business outcomes is evident, and you understand the importance of building strong relationships with clients to foster their success.

Desirable

Experience in the technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with the MongoDB ecosystem. You thrive in environments where you can leverage your skills to educate and enable clients, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities. A strong understanding of customer-centric strategies and the ability to execute on activity and pipeline expectations will set you apart in this role.

What you'll do

As a Senior Relationship Account Manager at MongoDB, you will act as the primary point of contact for your customer base, focusing on driving expansion and retention within a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding and education to upselling and renewals. You will leverage the MongoDB ecosystem to create value for your clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes and remain satisfied with our services. Your role will involve collaborating closely with internal teams to align customer needs with product offerings, and you will be expected to execute on published standards of excellence in your activities.

You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on customer success metrics, providing insights that will help shape future strategies. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients will be crucial, as you will need to understand their business challenges and how MongoDB can help address them.
