Who you are

You have a BA/BS in a quantitative field and 2-5 years of experience in business strategy and operations, ideally as a management consultant or at a data-driven product or technology company. You are a driven individual who can communicate clearly and effectively with leadership while managing multiple priorities. You take tasks from start to finish, delivering value quickly and enjoying the challenges of a fast-paced environment.

Your analytical skills are strong, and you are comfortable working with data to evaluate and propose pricing and packaging strategies for new product launches. You thrive at the intersection of operations, analytics, finance, and product management, collaborating with various internal stakeholders to solve complex business problems. You are adept at presenting analytical findings in a clear and impactful manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable

Experience in a technology or product-driven environment is a plus, as is familiarity with financial modeling and operational analysis. You are someone who enjoys working cross-functionally and can build strong relationships with teams across the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead cross-functional strategic initiatives aimed at identifying growth opportunities and driving operational improvements. You will partner with our Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams to develop and execute cohesive strategies and business plans. Your responsibilities will include building financial and operational models to support key business decisions and conducting ad-hoc analysis in support of cross-functional stakeholders and executive management across all business functions.

You will be expected to present your analytical findings in a clear and impactful manner, ensuring that both technical and non-technical audiences can understand the insights derived from your work. Your role will require you to juggle multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a focus on delivering value quickly.

MongoDB offers a competitive salary range for this role in the U.S., which is between $83,000 and $162,000 USD.
