You enjoy being a sparring partner to product managers, providing insights and support to ensure that data operations align with product goals. Your ability to communicate effectively across teams allows you to represent Data Operations in cross-functional settings, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead one of our Data Operations teams, ensuring the efficient and high-quality delivery of data solutions. You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams to streamline processes and improve data quality. Your responsibilities will include overseeing team performance, implementing best practices, and driving initiatives that enhance data operations.
You will also be responsible for mentoring team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring that the team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed. Your leadership will be pivotal in helping Veeva Link achieve its vision of becoming the global leader in deep data for life sciences.
