You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree program in Design Strategy, Human Computer Interaction, Service Design, User Experience, Cognitive Psychology, or related design fields, with a projected graduation date of Fall 2026 to Spring 2027. You have a strong interest in improving the world through design and making technology more accessible to diverse audiences. You possess experience in facilitating collaborative discussions and have a knack for synthesizing research and data analysis into actionable insights. What you'll do

As a Design Strategist Intern at MongoDB, you will work closely with product teams and leadership to identify opportunities for enhancing design strategies across the organization. You will conduct research and utilize data analysis to uncover and prioritize areas that can benefit from design-driven initiatives. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to co-create mission and vision-driven initiatives that inform the future of product and ecosystem experiences.

You will assist in developing scalable and repeatable product strategy frameworks that streamline strategic alignment within the Product Design organization. Your contributions will help improve design decision-making processes and ensure that design strategies are effectively communicated and executed across teams. You will have the opportunity to experiment with methods that scale strategic design impact, allowing you to make a meaningful contribution to the user experience design team and the broader organization.
