You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree program in Design Strategy, Human Computer Interaction, Service Design, User Experience, Cognitive Psychology, or related design fields, with a projected graduation date of Fall 2026 to Spring 2027. You have a strong interest in improving the world through design and making technology more accessible to diverse audiences. Your academic background has equipped you with foundational knowledge in design principles and user experience methodologies, and you are eager to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
You possess experience in facilitating collaborative discussions and have a knack for synthesizing research and data analysis into actionable insights. What you'll do
As a Design Strategist Intern at MongoDB, you will work closely with product teams and leadership to identify opportunities for enhancing design strategies across the organization.
