What you'll do

As the Lead Engineer for MongoDB’s Server Programmability team, you will lead a group of engineers in building the core components of a distributed database. Your responsibilities will include improving the local server development experience and enhancing the programming model. You will work closely with your team to build low-level reusable software components that can be leveraged by other teams. You will also evaluate the feasibility of introducing coroutines to the server codebase, ensuring that the team operates efficiently and effectively.

You will champion a strong culture of collaboration and inclusivity within your team, guiding engineers in their professional development and fostering an environment where everyone can thrive. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the team’s initiatives and ensuring that the engineering fundamentals are applied effectively to deliver high-quality components.
