What you'll do

As a Lead Engineer, you will grow and lead the Cluster to Cluster Migration Services team, focusing on building scalable and reliable migration solutions for MongoDB clusters. You will coach engineers, helping them to deliver high-quality work while fostering their professional development. Your role will involve collaborating with product and program managers to define and prioritize new features that meet user needs.

You will actively participate in architectural design discussions, leveraging your technical expertise to influence the direction of the team's projects. Your responsibilities will include estimating task complexity, reporting progress, and identifying risks associated with projects executed by your team. You will also play a key role in the hiring process, helping to grow the team as the demand for MongoDB's services increases.
