You possess a keen analytical mindset, allowing you to identify gaps in reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of information shared between various platforms. Your ability to create and monitor processes ensures scalability and efficiency within the Marketplace Billing and Data Analysis teams. You are committed to continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance operational effectiveness.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the daily billing activities and oversee reconciliations with hyperscaler data, ensuring that the MP Billing team collaborates effectively with the MP Accounts Receivable team. You will create and monitor designed processes to enhance scalability and efficiency, while also managing billed revenue reconciliations and conducting frequent reviews from hyperscalers into MongoDB's internal systems. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential gaps in reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy of information shared between ERP, CRM, Cloud UI, and hyperscaler platforms.
You will collaborate with various teams, including Partners, Revenue, Marketplace Collections, Cloud Engineering, and Payments, to streamline processes and reduce manual efforts in data processing. Your leadership will be crucial in overseeing the management of failed usage reporting on a monthly basis, ensuring that all operational pillars are functioning smoothly and effectively.
