What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Data Engineering team, you will lead the development of Upside's core data platform, which powers analytics and data-driven decisions across the company. You will oversee the ingestion, modeling, orchestration, and tooling capabilities that are essential for the success of the platform. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that data is accessible and trustworthy, enabling better decision-making throughout the organization.

You will create a collaborative team environment where team members feel safe to voice their ideas and concerns.
