You have experience in procurement, particularly in software purchasing, and understand the complexities of managing supplier relationships. You are detail-oriented and can navigate compliance requirements while ensuring that purchasing operations align with company policies. Your negotiation skills are top-notch, enabling you to secure favorable terms with suppliers. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with internal stakeholders to anticipate software needs and deliver timely updates on procurement processes.
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment and can adapt to the dynamic nature of global procurement. You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and are always looking for ways to improve supplier relationships and procurement strategies. Your ability to leverage data to inform decisions sets you apart, as you understand the importance of data-driven insights in procurement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee and execute all software purchases, ensuring alignment with company purchasing policies. You will lead negotiations with software suppliers to secure the best pricing and service levels, playing a key role in the procurement strategy. Partnering with stakeholders globally, you will anticipate software needs and ensure seamless execution of purchasing operations. You will manage and maintain software supplier contracts, ensuring compliance and fostering continuous improvement in supplier relationships. Additionally, you will collaborate with Procurement and Accounts Payable to onboard and maintain software vendors, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
