Who you are

You have a strong background in procurement and sourcing, ideally with experience in a financial services environment. You understand the importance of balancing cost efficiency with quality and sustainability in purchasing decisions. Your analytical skills enable you to assess supplier performance and negotiate favorable terms. You are a proactive communicator, capable of collaborating effectively with various internal teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives. You are detail-oriented and organized, ensuring that all procurement processes are followed meticulously. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving a variety of purchasing initiatives that align with Optiver's business strategy. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and identify the best supplier solutions. Your role will involve conducting market research to find competitive pricing and evaluating supplier proposals to ensure they meet the company's standards. You will also be tasked with negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships to ensure ongoing performance and compliance.
