What you'll do

As a Software Engineer 3, you will be part of the Enterprise Advanced team, focusing on enhancing the MongoDB backup infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain the Backup Agent, which is crucial for enabling users to restore their databases efficiently. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our backup solutions are reliable, fast, and cost-effective. Your work will involve writing high-quality code, conducting performance optimizations, and implementing features that improve user experience. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall architecture of our systems, ensuring they can scale to meet the demands of our global user base.
