You are open to diverse experiences and excited about the opportunity to dive into the tech world through hands-on learning. You may be studying Computer Science or a related field, and you are ready to embrace challenges and opportunities that come your way. You understand the importance of inclusivity in the tech industry and are motivated to contribute to a diverse workforce.
What you'll do
During the Women in Tech Summit, you will participate in interactive sessions designed to provide insights into the tech industry and MongoDB's culture. You will have the chance to connect with MongoDB employees, learn about their experiences, and explore the Early Talent Programs available. The Summit will culminate in an opportunity to interview for Summer 2027 internships, allowing you to showcase your skills and aspirations. You will choose between two distinct tracks: the Developer track, focusing on hands-on software engineering, and the Technology+ track, which explores the intersection of technology and strategy. This experience will help you understand the various career paths available in tech and how you can make an impact in the field.
