You possess strong analytical skills and can develop data-driven go-to-market strategies β your expertise in positioning, messaging, and persona development allows you to effectively persuade diverse audiences. You are adept at solving complex problems and can decompose challenging issues within the business to find actionable solutions. Your communication skills enable you to influence and drive consensus across teams, ensuring alignment on strategic initiatives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the strategy and execution for high-impact product areas, defining end-to-end marketing and enablement strategies that align with MongoDBβs long-term business goals. You will develop data-driven go-to-market strategies, advising teams on the best marketing and enablement techniques to engage various audiences. Your responsibilities will include identifying and solving complex business problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute marketing tactics, and acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership.
You will also be responsible for driving go-to-market excellence, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are aligned with the overall business strategy. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies continuously. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure that marketing efforts effectively communicate product value and drive user engagement.
What we offer
MongoDB provides a competitive salary range of $104,000β$204,000 USD for this role, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, a 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, and access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage.
