What you'll do
In this role, you will support the Growth team’s Expansion Squad, focusing on implementing innovative growth tactics and experimentation methods. You will analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions at the executive level. Your work will directly impact MongoDB’s Product-Led-Growth business, helping to optimize resource deployment and enhance customer success with their applications.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive priority initiatives, ensuring that data-driven insights are integrated into business strategies. Your responsibilities will include conducting experiments to test growth hypotheses and measuring the effectiveness of various tactics. You will also champion best practices in data analytics, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.
