You are proficient in various databases and querying/programming languages, allowing you to access, manipulate, and present data effectively. Desirable

What you'll do

As a Senior Growth Analyst, you will be the key contact for Growth stakeholders regarding data and analytics questions. You will provide insights that help optimize marketing campaigns and improve channel efficiency. Your role will involve translating complex business questions into actionable analytics across multiple Growth channels.

You will create ad-hoc insights and conduct Lift Tests and A/B test analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Reporting and visualization will be essential parts of your responsibilities, as you will present your findings to various levels across the organization.

You will take ownership of your projects while also collaborating with other analysts to enhance the team's overall performance. Your contributions will help shape the future of Growth Analytics at HelloFresh, ensuring that the team continuously improves its analytical capabilities.
