What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a small Agile team responsible for migrating a customer's legacy Java application to a modern cloud-based architecture using MongoDB. You will work closely with the Technical Lead to ensure that the migration process is efficient and effective, leveraging the latest genAI tools to accelerate the project timeline. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, coordinating with customers to understand their needs, and addressing any concerns that arise during the migration process. You will guide your team in developing innovative solutions to unforeseen challenges, fostering a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to share ideas and contribute to the project's success. Regularly, you will communicate project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
