You enjoy collaborating with various teams to support strategic financial decisions and have a knack for building business cases that drive investment choices. What you'll do
As a Senior Finance Business Partner at Monzo, you will be responsible for managing the P&L and Balance Sheet for your business area, ensuring that financial plans are met and performance is optimized. You will work closely with various teams to support new initiatives, providing financial insights that help shape strategic decisions. Your role will involve owning the end-to-end financials, ensuring robust financial controls are in place, and challenging the business to improve performance.
You will also be tasked with building comprehensive business cases for new projects, presenting your findings to senior management, and debating investment choices with confidence. Your analytical mindset will be crucial in identifying trends and opportunities within the financial data, allowing you to provide actionable recommendations that align with Monzo's mission to make money work for everyone.
What we offer
Monzo offers a competitive salary range of £84,200 - £99,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
