What you'll do
As the Regulatory Reporting Manager at Monzo, you will oversee the growth and expansion of the Regulatory Reporting team within Monzo Bank Europe DAC. You will be responsible for ensuring that all regulatory requirements, such as the Capital Requirements Regulation, are accurately reflected in our capital, liquidity, and financial returns. This involves monitoring adherence to applicable rules on an ongoing basis and implementing necessary changes to data and production processes.
You will work closely with the MBEU CFO and the Group Director of Regulatory Reporting, providing insights and guidance on regulatory matters. Your role will require you to lead horizon scanning and interpretation activities, ensuring that the team is well-informed about any changes in regulations that may impact the bank's operations. You will also be tasked with developing strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the reporting process, ensuring that Monzo remains compliant while delivering exceptional service to its customers.
