What you'll do

In this role, you will own the regulatory reporting process from start to finish — this includes preparing, reviewing, and submitting all required reports to regulatory authorities. You will ensure that all submissions meet deadlines and quality standards, safeguarding Upvest's license and building trust with regulators.

You will work closely with the Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams to embed regulatory reporting into the company's financial and data ecosystem — your collaborative approach will help streamline processes and improve data interfaces. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing improvements to reporting practices, ensuring that Upvest remains compliant and efficient.

Your role will involve analyzing regulatory requirements and translating them into actionable reporting strategies — you will monitor changes in regulations and assess their impact on existing reporting processes. You will also provide training and support to team members on regulatory reporting standards and practices.
