Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within the fintech sector, where you've successfully led product initiatives from conception to launch. Your strong analytical skills allow you to make data-driven decisions, and you are adept at understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable product features. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product strategies. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels. You are passionate about creating user-centric solutions that simplify banking and enhance customer experiences. You understand the importance of agile methodologies and have experience in managing product backlogs and prioritizing features based on user feedback and market trends.
Desirable
Experience with A/B testing and user research methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with financial regulations and compliance in the banking sector. A background in data analytics tools would also be beneficial to help inform product decisions.
What you'll do
As the Lead Product Manager at Monzo, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap for our US market entry. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop innovative banking solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify opportunities for product development and improvement. You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to create user-friendly features that enhance the overall customer experience. You will also be responsible for setting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterating on features based on user feedback. Additionally, you will engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and strategy, and you will represent the product team in executive meetings to communicate progress and challenges.
