Who you are

You have a solid background in product management, ideally with experience in the travel sector or financial operations. You understand the intricacies of user acquisition and activation, and you are comfortable working with engineering and design teams to create impactful solutions. Your data-driven decision-making skills enable you to analyze metrics and translate them into actionable insights for product development.

You excel in collaboration and communication, building trust with stakeholders across various functions. You are genuinely curious about user behavior and enjoy conducting research to understand customer needs and pain points. Your ability to navigate ambiguity and run experiments will help drive growth and innovation within the team.

What you'll do

As a Product Manager at Ramp, you will own the product strategy for travel-related features within our financial operations platform. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Your role will involve conducting user research, analyzing data, and iterating on product features to enhance user experiences.

You will define success metrics for your area and build dashboards to track performance, communicating insights and learnings to the broader organization. Collaborating with marketing, you will ensure that product experiences align with go-to-market strategies and messaging. You will also mentor other product managers and contribute to Ramp's product culture by sharing best practices and insights.
