MoonPay is hiring an Iron KYB Operations Analyst to conduct corporate KYB and KYC reviews, support customer onboarding, and ensure compliance across operations. This role requires strong collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams.

Who you are
You have experience in conducting corporate KYB and KYC reviews, supporting customer onboarding, and responding to external due diligence requests. You are comfortable working cross-functionally to ensure compliance requirements are consistently implemented across operations and systems. Your role involves regular interaction with customers, Legal, Operations, and product teams, showcasing your strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
You understand the importance of compliance in financial operations and are passionate about helping businesses navigate the complexities of stablecoin infrastructure. You are detail-oriented and have a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring that all compliance requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will focus on conducting corporate KYB and KYC reviews, ensuring that all customer onboarding processes are compliant with regulatory standards. You will support customer interactions by responding to external due diligence requests and collaborating with various teams to implement compliance requirements across operations and systems. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities, as well as identifying areas for improvement in the onboarding process.
You will work closely with the Legal and Operations teams to ensure that all compliance measures are adhered to, providing insights and recommendations based on your findings. Your role will also involve staying updated on regulatory changes and best practices in the industry, allowing you to contribute to the development of robust compliance strategies.
