You have a solid understanding of information security governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) frameworks. Your experience includes working with cross-functional teams to gather and review evidence for compliance audits, ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate and complete. You are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable communicating with various stakeholders, including legal, compliance, and engineering teams.

Desirable

Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry is a plus, as it gives you a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities in this space. Familiarity with ISO standards or similar compliance frameworks will enhance your ability to contribute to MoonPay's mission of driving mainstream crypto adoption. You are proactive in identifying potential compliance issues and are eager to implement solutions that align with best practices.

What you'll do

In this role, you will report to the Director of Information Security Audit & ISMS Program, working closely with the TSS and Engineering teams to collect and review evidence in support of MoonPay's compliance audits. You will collaborate with People Ops, Compliance, Legal, and Procurement teams to obtain and review audit-related evidence required from each of these teams. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all documentation is prepared for audits, identifying areas for improvement in compliance processes, and assisting in the development of policies and procedures that support compliance objectives. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of compliance within the organization, helping to educate team members about their responsibilities in maintaining compliance.
