What you'll do

As a GRC Analyst II at WHOOP, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of the GRC program. You will assist in various activities, including policy development, where you will help create and refine policies that govern organizational practices. Your responsibilities will also include conducting risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. You will work closely with the GRC Senior Manager to implement and monitor compliance frameworks, ensuring that the organization adheres to industry standards and best practices.

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will coordinate audit activities, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that audits are conducted efficiently and effectively. Your analytical skills will be crucial in analyzing audit findings and developing action plans to address any identified issues. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of the GRC program, exploring innovative solutions to enhance security and compliance initiatives.
