Who you are
You have a solid background in payroll operations and HR administration, enabling you to support the Payroll Manager in strategic delivery and global payroll ownership. Your attention to detail ensures payroll accuracy and compliance, which is crucial as payroll demand is expected to increase significantly in the coming years. You understand the importance of audit readiness and employee experience in payroll processes.
You are proactive and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Your experience in payroll systems and processes allows you to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing demands.
What you'll do
In this role, you will assist in the day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing for employees. You will collaborate with the Payroll Manager to implement strategic initiatives that enhance payroll efficiency and compliance. Your responsibilities will include maintaining payroll records, processing payroll transactions, and responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
You will also play a key role in preparing for audits and ensuring that all payroll processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. As the company grows, you will help integrate additional entities into the payroll system, contributing to the overall transformation of payroll operations.
