You are an experienced Digital Analytics Engineer with a strong background in implementing tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. You care deeply about data quality and understand the importance of collecting the right data at the right time. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure robust and reliable data collection.

You have experience with data platforms such as Snowflake and AWS, and you are familiar with tools like Tableau and dbt for data visualization and transformation. Your analytical mindset allows you to derive actionable insights from complex datasets, and you are passionate about improving user experiences through data-driven decisions.

Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the implementation and quality of tracking across Moonpig's web and app platforms. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that data is collected accurately and is genuinely useful for decision-making. Your responsibilities will include setting up and maintaining Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, ensuring that all tracking is functioning correctly and that data integrity is upheld.

You will analyze user behavior data to identify trends and insights that can inform product and marketing strategies. By working closely with the Digital Analytics Manager, you will contribute to the overall data strategy and help shape how the company leverages data to enhance customer experiences.

You will also be involved in training and supporting team members on best practices for data collection and analysis, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the data collected is actionable and aligns with the company's mission to spread joy through thoughtful gifting.
