RAPP is seeking a Data Analyst on a Fixed Term Contract to support analytical projects and deliver insights. You'll work with SAS, R, Python, and Power BI in London. This role is ideal for entry-level candidates looking to grow in data analytics.

Who you are

You are a motivated individual with a foundational understanding of data analysis and a desire to learn and grow in a collaborative environment. You have experience with SAS and are familiar with programming languages such as R and Python, which you will use to analyze data and generate insights. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to present complex data findings clearly to various stakeholders. You thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere and are eager to contribute to projects that drive client growth through data-driven strategies. You are detail-oriented and possess a knack for identifying trends and patterns in data, which will be essential in your role as a Data Analyst.

Desirable

Experience with Power BI and Power Pivot is a plus, as these tools will help you visualize data and create impactful reports. Any secondary languages you may speak will also be beneficial in our diverse workplace. You are adaptable and open to feedback, ready to take on new challenges as you develop your skills in data analytics.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Analytics Partner and the Data Planning team to deliver a variety of analytical projects. Your responsibilities will include delivering regular contractual reporting, forecasting campaign volumes for direct mail and email, and conducting post-campaign evaluations to support test and learn strategies. You will also engage in audience profiling and customer journey analysis, providing deeper insights into behavioral patterns. Your analytical projects will vary, allowing you to develop a comprehensive understanding of the client landscape and the flow of data across different audience segments. You will be mentored by senior analysts, gaining valuable experience and insights into the field of data analytics.
