Who you are

You have a background in eCommerce and campaign coordination, with a strong understanding of how to create engaging content that drives customer action. Your experience includes working closely with cross-functional teams, including Trading, Marketing, Product, UX, and Creative, to deliver successful trade-led campaigns. You are data-driven, using insights to inform your strategies and continuously improve conversion rates. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about enhancing the customer journey from inspiration to purchase.

You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable using tools like Google Analytics to track performance metrics and derive actionable insights. Your ability to optimize landing pages and ensure website performance is second nature to you. You understand the importance of SEO and A/B testing in driving traffic and improving user experience. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for growth and are always looking for ways to enhance the effectiveness of campaigns.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for bringing trading plans to life across the Moonpig websites. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver engaging onsite content that educates, inspires, and converts visitors into customers. Your role will involve optimizing landing pages and ensuring that the websites are performing at their best. You will use data and insights to drive profitable growth through continuous improvement and conversion rate optimization. You will also play a key part in shaping the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring that every touchpoint is designed to enhance the overall experience.

You will work closely with the Trading team to align campaigns with business objectives and ensure that all content is on-brand and resonates with the target audience. You will analyze campaign performance and make recommendations for future initiatives based on your findings. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders will be crucial as you coordinate efforts across different departments to achieve common goals.
