What you'll do

As a Shift Manager at Moonpig, you will lead production and print operations during your shift, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will report to the Senior Operations Manager and work closely with Team Leaders to balance operational delivery with team development. Your role will involve being visible on the floor, engaging with your team, and addressing any issues that arise in real time. You will implement best practices for safety and efficiency, driving continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

You will be responsible for managing shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels, and maintaining high standards of quality in production. Your leadership will help create a positive work environment where team members feel valued and motivated to perform at their best. You will also collaborate with other departments to align operational goals with the overall mission of the Moonpig Group, contributing to the success of the organization.
