What you'll do

In your role as Shift Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse. You will maintain a thorough understanding of all processes and ensure that your team is well-informed and equipped to meet the demands of the business. You will be accountable for all KPIs related to your shift, working diligently to meet and exceed these targets. Your leadership will be crucial in coaching and developing your team, helping them to grow in their roles and improve overall performance.
