Who you are
You have a proven track record in account management, ideally within a SaaS environment, where you've successfully driven customer engagement and revenue growth. Your ability to build and nurture relationships is exceptional, allowing you to understand clients' finance goals deeply and guide them effectively. You are data-driven, using insights to inform your strategies and decisions, ensuring that your clients maximize the value of the product.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver the best outcomes for your clients. Your strategic mindset enables you to identify upsell opportunities and optimize product features to meet customer needs. You are proactive in mitigating churn risks, ensuring that your portfolio of customers remains satisfied and engaged with the product.
What you'll do
In this role, you will focus on driving customer engagement by developing scalable relationships that create value for both the clients and Moss. You will guide customers in activating all spend management features, ensuring they understand how to leverage the product effectively. Your responsibilities will include measuring success through specific KPIs, aiming to achieve and monitor revenue trajectories. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and product optimization initiatives that increase value for existing accounts.
You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development, helping to shape the future of the product based on real user needs. Your role will be pivotal in helping customers unlock new value from our offerings, setting them up for long-term success. You will also participate in regular team meetings, sharing insights and strategies that contribute to the overall success of the Customer Success team.
