What you'll do

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Motional, you will be responsible for architecting and training distilled models that can efficiently process multimodal sensor data. You will design and implement teacher-student model frameworks, developing training pipelines that focus on knowledge distillation. Your work will directly influence how we compress knowledge into efficient encoders for fast search, enhancing our data discovery workflows.

You will also build reinforcement learning-based policy learning and reasoning systems, contributing to the optimization of our data mining framework. Your role will involve collaborating with other engineers and data scientists to ensure that our models are not only accurate but also scalable and efficient.
