What you'll do
In this role, you will own the day-to-day operations of a high-performing sales team consisting of up to 14 Contact Centre agents. You will drive individual and team performance against set targets, ensuring that your team is motivated and engaged. Your responsibilities will include providing effective coaching, managing performance, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement. You will work closely with your team to foster a high-performance culture, setting clear expectations and providing the support needed to achieve them. You will also be involved in the recruitment and training of new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed. Your leadership will be crucial in helping the team navigate challenges and achieve their goals.
