Desirable

What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a high-performing B2B sales team, focusing on reactivating lapsed dealers and driving growth among existing accounts. You will be responsible for setting and achieving sales targets while identifying new segments and optimizing resources to maximize output. Your role will involve coaching your team, implementing effective sales processes, and ensuring alignment with the broader Dealer Services sales organization. You will report to the Head of Growth & Transformation and play a critical role in shaping the sales strategy as Motorway continues to scale its operations. You will also be tasked with deploying innovative sales techniques and exploring new product offerings to enhance dealer engagement.
