You have a strong background in product management, with at least 5 years of experience in delivering successful products that enhance customer experiences. You are passionate about understanding customer journeys and have a proven track record of transforming customer interactions through innovative solutions.
You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with engineering, data analysts, and customer support teams to design and implement scalable solutions. Your analytical mindset enables you to measure the impact of your initiatives effectively, ensuring that they align with business goals. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of automated support workflows, from discovery and prioritization through rollout and impact measurement. You will partner closely with the Customer Support team to identify and design automation opportunities that enhance both operational efficiency and service quality for customers. Your focus will be on delivering seamless, proactive, and delightful support experiences that set new industry standards.
