What you'll do

As the Machine Learning Engineering Manager, you will lead a talented team of search relevance engineers, focusing on measuring and improving the ranking and relevance of our AI-powered enterprise search applications. You will oversee the end-to-end development of machine learning models, guiding your team through data synthesis, feature engineering, experiment design, and evaluation. Your leadership will be crucial in driving systematic improvements in search relevance as we scale to new customers and use cases.
