What you'll do

In this role, you will play a critical part in improving the search relevance of Moveworks' question answering platform. You will work closely with a team to enhance the quality of answers provided to enterprise users by leveraging modern information retrieval methodologies and advancements in natural language understanding. Your responsibilities will include crafting new ranking features and optimizing existing ones to boost relevance metrics.

You will develop an algorithm framework that supports diversified ranking features and design the necessary platform and tooling to enable parallel ranking experiments. Additionally, you will create metrics to evaluate ranking performance, ensuring that the search technology meets the high standards expected by users.
