What you'll do

In this role, you will be at the core of Moveworks' Generative AI product, focusing on scaling and optimizing the conversation engine to meet the demands of enterprise solutions. You will collaborate with machine learning experts to enhance the end-to-end product infrastructure, ensuring robustness and quality. Your responsibilities will include constructing an extensive product infrastructure, collecting data and feedback, and adapting the system to improve user experience. You will also have the opportunity to bring your innovative ideas to the table, contributing to the evolution of enterprise AI solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, rapidly iterating on new ideas and leveraging user behavior data to make informed decisions.
