You have 5+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in building scalable systems that leverage machine learning and AI technologies. Your background includes working with generative AI models, and you understand the complexities of conversational systems and their optimization. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to innovate and solve complex problems. Your strong analytical skills enable you to leverage user behavior data to inform your engineering decisions, ensuring that the solutions you build are both effective and user-friendly.

You are passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology and enjoy tackling challenges that require creative thinking. You have experience in developing robust product infrastructures and are comfortable with the iterative process of refining and enhancing AI-driven applications. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly makes you a valuable team member, as you can bridge the gap between engineering and product management.

Desirable

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus, as is familiarity with data collection and feedback mechanisms that enhance AI model performance. You may also have a background in user interface design, which helps in creating intuitive interfaces for engineers and configurators.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be at the forefront of scaling and optimizing Moveworks' Generative AI product, focusing on the conversation engine that supports hundreds of millions of users. You will collaborate with machine learning experts to enhance the product's capabilities, ensuring it meets the growing demands of enterprise solutions. Your responsibilities will include constructing a comprehensive product infrastructure that allows for easy customization and optimization of generative AI models. You will also be involved in collecting user feedback and adapting the system based on real-world usage data.

You will work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to iterate on new ideas and implement features that improve user experience. Your role will require you to maintain high engineering quality and robustness in the solutions you develop, ensuring that they are reliable and scalable. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers.
