Job Description
Who you are
You are a recent graduate or an early-career professional eager to launch a career in project management. You are excited about how AI, technology, and modern ways of working are transforming the world and are ready to embrace the challenges that come with business change. You are looking for a program that offers hands-on training and the opportunity to work with leading organizations across the UK. You are eligible to work in the United Kingdom on a full-time basis and are willing to complete additional security clearances as required.
What you'll do
You will participate in a 5-week training academy designed to build core project management capabilities. Your training will cover essential skills, an introduction to project management, leading projects, business analysis skills, and managing quality, risks, changes, and closure. After successfully completing the academy, you will join one of mthree's clients, where you will apply your training in real-world scenarios, contributing to projects that drive business change.
