Who you are
You have extensive experience in talent acquisition, ideally with a focus on scaling recruiting efforts in a fast-paced environment. Your hands-on approach allows you to personally drive high-priority hires while also leading a team. You understand the importance of employer branding and have a track record of strengthening brand presence in competitive markets. You are data-driven and comfortable using AI and automation to enhance recruiting processes.
You possess strong leadership skills, enabling you to develop a high-performing recruiting team. You are adept at managing the end-to-end candidate lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience from outreach to offer acceptance. Your strategic mindset allows you to align recruiting efforts with organizational goals, increasing hiring velocity and reducing reliance on external agencies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and execute the global recruiting strategy across various roles, including technical, go-to-market, and general administrative positions. You will lead the recruiting team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high performance. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing innovative recruiting strategies that leverage automation and AI to streamline processes. You will work closely with leadership to align recruiting efforts with business objectives and drive accountability in recruiting performance.
