You are comfortable collaborating with Solution Architects to refine technical specifications and determine optimal implementation strategies. Your experience includes managing integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless functionality across platforms. You have a solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and are familiar with deployment tools such as change sets, which enhances your ability to deliver high-quality solutions.

Your effective communication skills enable you to work well in remote settings, allowing you to collaborate with team members and stakeholders efficiently. What you'll do

As a Senior Salesforce Developer at mthree, you will play a crucial role in implementing high-quality Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements. You will collaborate closely with the Solution Architect to refine technical specifications and determine the most efficient implementation strategies. Your responsibilities will include developing, testing, and deploying complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows, ensuring that all code adheres to Salesforce best practices.

You will handle more complex development tasks and provide technical expertise across the Salesforce platform, troubleshooting and resolving issues in existing custom code and configurations. Participating in code reviews will be a key part of your role, where you will provide constructive feedback to other developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Your role will also involve maintaining clear documentation for all developed components and solutions, ensuring that knowledge is shared and accessible to the team. You will work in JIRA to manage the delivery of user stories, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.
